Behaviour Help

Behaviour Help engaged us for a complete redesign of their website, aiming to enhance both the visual experience and user engagement.

We carried out a massive overhaul of the site’s visuals, ensuring a modern, user-friendly interface while maintaining the core values of the organisation. Additionally, we crafted a detailed SEO strategy, reworking the URL structure to align with search engine optimisation best practices.

Over the past three years, we’ve developed and implemented an SEO content strategy, writing, editing, and publishing numerous factsheets and articles. This ongoing effort has paid off, with traffic tripling from 600 to 1800 users per day in the last six months, marking this project as a huge SEO success story.

We also developed user guides for both of Behaviour Help’s web apps and designed custom pages for key areas such as Functional Behaviour Assessments, Positive Behaviour Support, and Behaviours of Concern. Each page was crafted to present detailed information clearly and effectively, supporting users through the behaviour support process.

In addition to design and content, we created many of the graphics, diagrams, and visuals used across the website, further enriching the user experience. Furthermore, we provide a bespoke hosting solution, ensuring that both the website and two web apps run smoothly and securely.

This collaboration has been an ongoing success, and we continue to support Behaviour Help as they expand their online presence and impact.
